  • You’ll work directly with their most exciting clients. Their clients are smart people with big goals
  • You’ll take ownership of client issues with your amazing problem-solving skills, and escalate high-risk issues to leads
  • You’ll answer client phone calls, screen shares, and customer chats to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
