We're looking for an experienced, self-starting Sales Analyst. The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support in the development of sales plans, forecasting trends, goal setting and budget planning. The role requires an understanding of the business objectives and sales processes of the organization. This position reports to our Director of Brands.

Work schedule is full-time, generally 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F, with work necessary on some nights and weekends.

  • Assist in the development of the division business plan
  • Analysis of sales volume and distribution trends, competitive activity and market intelligence to assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets
  • Track, analyze and report on various sales metrics to assist in budget management process
  • Monitor and report on budget and historical sales variances
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales incentives reports
  • Compile monthly allowances, rebates, marketing, and other billbacks and provide to supplier partners
  • Manage item set up and audit product pricing and gross margin
  • Create and audit all new suppliers, brands, and item files
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales department as needed
  • Special projects as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Excellent math skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Ability to prioritize and stay incredibly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as with sales management
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
  • Energetic attitude
  • Ability to positively represent the organization to the public and customers, and promote the goodwill of the company
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Encompass platform a plus


$45,000 - $55,000 per year
