Business Development Representative

What you will be working on

  • Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities by prospecting a list of target organizations within an assigned territory or list of accounts
  • As this position is often the first point of contact with prospective customers, you are required to conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in cove.tool’s software
  • Uncover new sales opportunities
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by the business
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members and clients
  • Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities
  • Strong research skills and experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator a plus
  • Software Sales experience a plus
