Job Requirements/ Experience:
- 1+ year experience in B2B or B2C cold calling
- 1+ year generating own leads
- Candidates who have telemarketing experience are encouraged to apply
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
Benefits and Additional information:
- $14.50 to $16.00. base plus commission (average about $10k/year in commissions)

About this role:
Our Inside Sales Representatives generate new business opportunities for our franchisees by researching local markets, finding and calling prospects and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives. Ideal candidates have experience in call center environments, outbound calling, telemarketing or other phone-based experience.
Our base salary-combined with commission structure-puts you in charge of how much you earn, with plenty of room for advancement.
- Average 100- 150 cold calls daily
- Generate own leads in combination of calling through the CRM data base
- Interact with business owners in a variety of industries-from healthcare to retail, corporate offices to fitness centers
- Call on local potential customers in state and surrounding states
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
- Achieve or exceed sales goals
- Manage and update (CRM) database, organized and computer skills a must
- Articulate, compelling and creative in verbal (phone) communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment
