What you’ll do:

Learn and master our System so you in turn will coach and train our Franchised Business Owners (FBOs) to make sure the services they provide to their customers continually meet and exceed our System expectations. Train FBOs at the regional support center, observe them in the field to confirm Coverall brand standards are being met, and offer support to FBOs while onsite at customer’s locations. Develop and maintain relationships with your FBOs and their customers, acting as a liaison when needed. Identify opportunities to sell additional cleaning services to new and existing customers on behalf of the FBOs during customer visits.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial walk-thru of new customer properties

  • Determine the needs of the customer in order to allocate customers to appropriate FBO

  • Identify and communicate key protocols to FBOs to ensure their customer’s satisfaction and brand standards are being met

  • Formulate, interpret and implement operating practices

  • Help FBOs maintain healthy relationships with their customers and offer assistance in resolving issues

  • Document appropriate records and business forms

  • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
