Summary
The CRM Developer is responsible for back-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) customizations and integrations, including building APIs, plugins, workflows, and additional integrations focused in the Microsoft stack (PowerBI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow). The CRM Developer supports business process customizations and integrations, in addition to general CRM enhancements and maintenance, including integrating with third parties and creating custom data connections and processes within CRM.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the in-house CRM (Dynamics 365) development lead and specialist.
- Builds MS Dynamics CRM Forms, Screens and Views as well as workflows and reports as per customer needs.
- Use MS .NET development to extend and augment MS Dynamics CRM platform,
- Use Devops for Source Control of Project code
- Assists in managing partner relationships with CRM support and integration vendors.
- Owns all integrations to CRM, including marketing automation and accounting software.
- Provides support for international CRM projects as applicable in the organization.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to provide CRM customizations to support internal business needs, including hotfix requests.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements quality and efficiency improvements to CRM processes.
- Designs solutions based on business requirements and end-user input.
- Creates user documentation for new functions.
- Trains users on the use of new functions.
- Advises on the use of Microsoft Stack to enable business capabilities.
- Builds and tests Solutions and Customizations to Dynamics 365.
- Builds and tests JavaScript and plug-ins to enhance user experience.
- Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the organization’s success.
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and additional Microsoft stack applications (PowerBI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow).
- Experience with full life cycle development of Dynamics 365 solutions and with implementing features and functions available in Dynamics 365.
- Experience with end-user interaction.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CE and F&O using Dual Write
- Experience with ETL tools like Scribe
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake
- Hands on SDLC experience with a good understanding of CRM concepts and developing custom data-driven .NET applications
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service configuration.
- Ability to modify or create tables, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Understanding of constraints related to Dynamics 365 design elements.
- Ability to create plug-ins.
- Working knowledge and experience building JavaScript.
- Experience with creating data-enabled forms.
- Experience with deploying solutions to Dynamics 365 environment.
- Strong Excel skillset and SQL experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as able to communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong operational background, excellent customer support and project management skills, and proven ability to contribute to a team.
- Strong experience with understanding business needs and documenting requirements to aid in the process of backend technical solutions and feature development.
- Strong experience with using standard and agile life-cycle methodologies.
- Ability to work with a dynamic staff and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think analytically and evaluate user needs to create the highest quality solutions and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5 years equivalent Information Technology experience.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM and/or analytical role
- One (1) or more years of experience with additional Microsoft software preferred (PowerBI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow) is required.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Understanding of relational databases, strong excel skills, SQL experience is preferred.
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.

This position is fully remote. You must reside within 30 miles of one of our Regional Support Centers in the Central or Eastern time zone.
