St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is looking for seasoned Emergency Department RN’s for our Overnight shift (7pm - 7am). Our ED RN’s are essential members of the patient care team responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the unit. The Cecile J. Coulomb Emergency Center offers a full spectrum of emergency care and a separate Chest Pain Center. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients in admission and throughout stay, administering IV medications/therapy/blood as needed, providing patient education, and documenting nursing care actions, teaching, observations and patient responses.
St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is comprised of a 233-bed acute care facility, a primary care provider network, urgent care and emergency department, behavioral and mental health services, and outpatient specialty practices that combine talented and compassionate caregivers with state of the art medical technology to meet the healthcare needs in the Androscoggin County area and beyond.
· Associate's Degree in Nursing (or 3-year Diploma) required
· Must possess a valid State of Maine RN license
· BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required
· 2-3 years previous nursing experience, preferred
· At least 1 year previous critical care nursing experience, preferred

· Flexibility to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
