Director, Hospital Case Management - $15K sign on

Are you looking for a change and have experience as a Case Manager and have an ASN or BSN or Masters or Bachelors in Social Work? We are recruiting for a Director of Case Management in the Seattle, Washington area for an 80 bed long term acute care hospital.

The Case Management Director will oversee the Case Management and Utilization Management activities as well as the coordination of care for the patient and family through the management of quality clinical service delivery. They partner with external customers, referral sources and payors to ensure proper facilitation and coordinator for discharge planning and serves as the patient and family advocate. Accountable for the Denial Management Program.

Requirements:

• RN or BSN with 3 years of experience in inpatient Case Management
• OR Masters' degree in Social Work or Bachelors in Social Work with licensure as required by state laws with 3 years of experience in Case Management (LSW or LCSW)
• Case Management certification preferred
