Job Description

Customer Service Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and respond to customer and sales emails promptly 
  • Establish a rapport with customers to understand their business and needs and introduce customers to our product offerings.
  • Respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the companies products
  • Enter sales orders for customer purchases into our ordering system
  • Assisting customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds

Clerical Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer records and files
  • Assist with customer and product data entry
  • Assist with warehouse manager for inventory count
  • Process Returned merchandise
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization

Skills/Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Can work independently
  • Availability during normal business hours (9:00 am -- 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday) in order to respond promptly to customer needs or requests.
  • Effective Verbal Communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Professional Telephone skills
  • Exceptional Organization skills
