Centre County HomeMakers, Inc. is currently interviewing for the Office Assistant/Personal Care Aide position. The Office Assistant/Personal Care Aide is responsible for assisting the office with staffing cases and managing the state requirements. Daily tasks would include (but not limited to): covering shifts to provide consumer care when PCAs are not available, conducting new employee orientations, inputting new employee and consumer information correctly into our computer software, running reports, training aides, ensuring the office is compliant with all regulations and laws, ensuring all files within the office are complete and compliant, marketing the company within the community, upholding company policies and holding all employees accountable for their actions verbally and in writing. This is a fast-paced, challenging position that requires attention to detail, organization, communication skills, flexibility and a quick learner. Not everyone is successful in a position of such responsibility and demand, but for the right individual can be extremely rewarding.
