We are seeking Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is remote or work in office job!
- Qualified Candidates will be responsible for outbound calls.
- The candidate will possess the ability to converse with attorneys.
- Strong telephone skills
- Legal background helpful but not required
- 2 - 3 years of outbound calling and Customer Service Experience
- Outbound telephone experience is required
- Strong telephone skills required.
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to follow up with attorneys by providing them with accurate and timely information.
- Ability to train attorneys and their staff over the telephone about our plans.
- An understanding of Customer Relationship Management software.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
