Job Compensation: $90-115k plus bonus potential.

Cotopaxi is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to add to our Business Systems Development team! Ideal for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about IT and NetSuite in particular, this person will play a critical role in delivering solutions within the NetSuite environment by collaborating with our team. You’ll need to be skilled in SuiteScript v1.0/v2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, Saved Searches, etc. and eager to be part of a rapidly growing, mission-driven, business where you will aid in maturing our system capabilities and integrations.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):

• Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs, including reports, saved searches, KPIs and dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records.
• Manage day-to-day functional operations and support cross-functional teams within the NetSuite environment.
• Provide proposed solution architect and integrations between NetSuite and other third party business applications.
• Actively participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, unit and UAT testing, data validation, documentation, user support and training, and on-going application maintenance.
• Serve as one of the technical point-of-contact people for the NetSuite application and provide training and front-line support for NetSuite users.
• Work effectively with Business Systems team members and IT Project Manager.
• Follow agile processes, attend daily standups, and provide timely status updates.
• Advise users on ideal use cases for customizations vs native functionality.
• Maintains user accounts and roles with appropriate permissions and levels of access.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.

The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Computer Science or Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• 2+ years of experience with NetSuite including SuiteScript 1.x/2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud.
• Experience with middleware such as Celigo or Dell Boomi.
• Previous experience with EDI implementations (ideally SPSCommerce).
• Sound knowledge on REST & SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integrations (ERP, WMS, CRM, PLM, etc.).
• A “Think with an Automation First” mindset.
• Good understanding of agile scrum principles.
• Excellent judgment, analytical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• A strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work, both personally and at a team level.
• Preferred: Experience with Shopify or a similar front-end eCommerce platform.
• Preferred: Experience in an inventory-based, ideally consumer brand business, demonstrating increasing scope and responsibility.
• Preferred: Any experience with Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Suite Foundation/Administrator, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

Requirements
4+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
2+ years of experience with NetSuite including SuiteScript 1.x/2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud.
Experience with middleware such as Celigo or Dell Boomi.
Previous experience with EDI implementations (ideally SPSCommerce).
