Cossio Insurance Agency, a division of Brown & Brown, is growing and seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, and commitment to join our team as Customer Service Representative. At Cossio, we pride ourselves on customer service and go the extra mile. We provide insurance coverage in all 50 states in the amusement industry.
The Customer Service Representative is a full time position, and the CSR will be responsible for helping maintain and grow our customer base. This person will have an interest in learning insurance and starting a career path.
Answering incoming calls and emails
Collecting documents from insureds/clients
Becoming knowledgeable about Insurance Coverages
Handle client requests for information, endorsements, cancellations and other services as required
Review policies, endorsements, audits and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness
Issuance of binders, certificates, automobile identification cards, invoices and similar items
All other duties as assigned
- 2+ years' prior customer service, office environment experience, some Sales a Plus!
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Detail oriented, Multi-Task, Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong data entry skills ; typing at 55+ WPM
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates or Bachelors a Plus!
- Willingness and ability to get your P&C Insurance License
- Dependability: Work hours are M-F, 9am-6pm
