elevate our current partner relationships so they continue to be both successful and profitable, while ensuring new partnerships are aligned with strategic business goals.RESPONSIBILITIES First and foremost, drive revenue growth through our growing partner ecosystem Foster existing relationships to help partners accelerate their customer acquisition to drive revenue Expand relationships with existing strategic platform partners, including full ownership of our relationship and direct revenue attributed to these high priority enterprise partners (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, ShopifyPlus, etc.) Team up with Product to help prioritize, develop and deliver solutions that enable partners to deliver new value-add services and product offerings Team up with Customer Success to deliver partner enablement and maximize partner's success in delivering a world-class experience to end-customers Team up with Marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns Team up with Sales to deliver high quality sales enablement, training and support related to joint-selling partnerships Collaborate with the Executives, Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to define and prioritize our partnership strategy. Identify and scale our channel sales and partnership efforts, ensuring they are optimized for exceptional revenue growth.
Create and communicate global channel sales and partnerships teams' mappings and ensure that teams are working together on the front line to identify, penetrate, and close a high volume of deals. Work with partners to develop business plans to achieve revenue commitments, conduct QBRs, and measure performance against pre-established business metrics Participate directly in the partner sales cycle for key 'must win' opportunities and facilitate co-sell opportunities. Oversee partner enablement to ensure partners are properly trained and motivated to sell and deliver Corra.
Evaluate Product or Channel partnership opportunities to help meet customer needs; meeting with and evaluating companies for potential partnerships; advising internally on decisions to build, or partner. Structure, negotiate and animate strategic partnerships.REQUIREMENTS Must have a Bachelor's degree Revenue driven Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, able to execute and implement strategy Data and results driven Strong social selling skills Has carried a quota before and enjoys everything that comes with finding a way each quarter to exceed ever increasing targets 7-12 years business development, channel/partner or sales experience in Agency or related industries (Software, IT, SaaS etc.) Experience developing and managing large accounts with sales teams of 50+ sellers Experience facilitating technical development partnerships Demonstrated track record of successful channel development in organizations with recurring revenue models including software and services Knows how to promote "harmony" both with partners and internally Experience driving input on new pr
