Job Description

Technical Recruiter

MUST:
4 years of Full life Cycle experience specifically for IT positions
Recruiting experience with a government contractor
Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (preferably Taleo).
Experience developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and job events
Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff required
Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements required
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience required
Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture.
Experience and Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment Required
Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
Experience with high volume recruiting required
Strong work ethic is a must
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

DUTIES:
Technical Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager and business leaders.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and job events.
Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for shareholders
