Project Manager (Roofing)

MUST :
5+ years of experiencing residential construction projects
2+ years leading and managing construction /roofing projects
2+ years of commercial roofing experience
Extremely knowledgeable in roofing, siding, gutter and windows systems
Strong understanding for inspection processes and results
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
High level of customer service
Relevant certifications are a plus
Valid drivers license is required

DUTIES :
The Ideal candidate will serve as a lead overseeing all residential roofing projects, teams, and sub-contractors
This candidate will be responsible for inspecting and overseeing roofing, siding, window, and deck projects
Managing subcontractor performance
Ability to prepare and review scope of work and change orders
Ensure that all work is installed in accordance with contract documents
Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
Provide face to face communication with customers
Explain inspection results and required corrections both verbally and in writing
Collecting outstanding balance at the end of the project
Return any over ordered materials to suppliers
Physical requirements include : able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 3 stories, ability to stand and walk on roofs, and lift up to 75 pounds
