CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED ~ Full-time
CMS Relocation & Logistics is looking to fill a full-time position in our customer service department.
This position requires strong organizational, as well as communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to work efficiently and balance multiple tasks within time constraints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Able to review and communicate specifics regarding a household move.
Follow and complete detailed tasks in a workflow daily.
Monitor and track order status to ensure delivery dates and all service commitments are met.
Detail oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
Review and ensure quotes and move documents are processed according to standards.
Able to complete all administrative procedures related to the client’s move.
Perform other tasks as required
Personable, caring and able to develop relationships via the telephone and email.
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient at navigating in a Windows 10 environment
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
3+ years of experience in customer service
2+ year of experience in moving or logistics industry, preferred
Mover’s Suite and United Van Lines software, preferred
