You will be required to be at the facility for training and will turn into a work from home after 90 days MUST LIVE IN AZ
12 weeks of training is provided at our client's location in Mesa off of Country Club and Southern.
Starting wage is $14.45 per hour with an increase after being hired on permanently
Examples of duties include:
- Contact students via phone to discuss educational option and set up the onsite meeting with Enrollment Counselors at the college
- Document conversations into the database
- Follow up with candidates and provide site tour/confirmations to the students
- Discuss the programs offered and inform the students on the benefits of the college and programs
- Answer students’ questions and address concerns
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED is a must
- Excellent customer service skills
- Articulate and professional phone voice
- 2 + years of customer service experience (call center required)
- High-speed internet at home
This position will require criminal history screening and drug testing prior to placement.
