Job Description

Corporate Coverage LLC a Local Employee Benefits Brokerage firm located in Timonium, MD is seeking an energetic, computer savvy, hardworking, motivated Full Time Administrative Assistant to assist with our existing group level clients. This position is 100% remote and requires a HIPAA protected work environment during normal business hours. Employee will be provided with the necessary computer equipment, hardware and office essentials in order to provide a successful work environment.

Duties:

  • Review & Process client enrollment, termination and change request through various carriers and TPA systems.
  • Create benefit proposals s for existing and potential clients using quoting engine.
  • Monitor, maintain and respond to client and agent inquiries in a timely manner through our ticket system.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via telephone and by email.
  • Maintain Internal Database.
  • Additional Duties Assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, Enthusiastic Individual willing to speak to clients, vendors and carriers on a daily basis.
  • HIPAA secure home work environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Suite and extremely proficient in Excel.
  • Type a minimum of 60 wpm with little to no errors.
  • Ability to demonstrate high level critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently.
