This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Our national company is focused on leadership development in a healthcare industry. We are looking to hire and grow a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and a Unit Manager who will be prepared to become a DON at a future acquisition here in Arizona. As part of that preparation, you will be the right-hand person to work with Jaden Rosser our DON, who is extremely talented and supportive, and is leading our healthcare facility to one of the greatest performances ever experienced in skilled nursing.
Coronado Healthcare Center is a 191-bed facility (one of the largest skilled nursing homes in the state). We deliver CMS 5-Star Quality Measures for some of the toughest patients needing healthcare here in the Phoenix Metro-Area. You are supported by one of the strongest teams of interdisciplinary performers that help us succeed in all areas of our business. Many have been here for over 10+ years, so you will learn from the best of the best, and have fun while fighting the good fight.
First and foremost we are looking for the right culture. Are you willing to roll-up your sleeves and jump-in wherever you are needed in a pinch (on a cart for a crazy call-off, unpacking a patient complaint to deliver quality care and experience, setting up structure to ensure future success, completing audits timely to make sure everything is tightened and addressed timely, etc.). Complementing this willingness to jump in wherever, we are looking for someone that can be proactive in setting up systems so more of the crazy day-to-day goes away because you are establishing order and systems to give your staff consistency, order, and support. By doing so, you are enhancing your quality of life and the lives of those around you. This opportunity obviously brings a large financial opportunity based on performance and contribution. Pay is competitive and based on overall willingness and clinical acumen (NOT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE). Bonuses will be based on hitting specific metrics and adding value to clinical outcomes. After a successful track record, and transitioning to a future DON position, you will have an opportunity to establish a DON track record of clinical performance. If excellent, will result in becoming a company Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be rewarded with additional perks and ownership.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
We have have had 54 COVID patients treated within our COVID unit since the end of June. We have only had ONE COVID death due to other complications; this kind of results speaks to the type of program we run to ensure the safety of our residents and staff
