We are currently looking for full-time internal Call Center Representatives to provide extraordinary member service over the phone and through email. We understand the stereotype that most people associate with working in a call center environment. Rest assured; we are not your typical call center! With a strong emphasis on fun team building activities, professional development programs and flexible schedule options, our call center team is proud to consistently achieve the highest industry ranking for member satisfaction. We are problem solvers, not order takers.

As a member of our call center team, you will:

· Build member relationships with every interaction

· Troubleshoot and resolve member questions

· Perform various financial transactions

· Educate members on products and services that best meet their financial needs

The ideal candidate will possess:

· The desire to make serving others a career

· A passion for service excellence

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

· A high level of professionalism, flexibility and initiative

· The ability to exercise good judgment and problem solving skills

· A competitive spirit to achieve both individual and team goals

· Familiarity with digital banking trends

· A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred
