Event Account Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Coordinator for our client! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. They set up exhibits at trade shows and in headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and Atanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SKILLS:

  • Background with an exhibit company is preferred, but not required
  • Your main focus will be managing the #1 client, and assisting with a brand new client
  • Will oversee the hourly warehouse people when Supervisor is out of the office
  • Deal with customers via phone and face-to-face
  • Work with different departments within the company (located in different cities)
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

PAY:

$18 to $22 per hour to start

HOURS:

8:00a – 4:30p (1/2 hour lunch) Monday-Friday.

Very little overtime right now, possibly more after permanent status as well as possible travel
