Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $24.00/hourly

Job Responsibilities:

• Exercise independent judgment and decision making while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

• Be a self-motivated professional capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines when necessary

• Ability to manage and meet court and client deadlines

• Assist with the drafting, processing, filing and service of legal pleadings documents for multiple attorneys

• Communicate with clients

• Provide every client with respect and excellent service

Ideal Candidate:

• Litigation experience required

• Legal Admin/Paralegal experience required

• Experience with mortgage servicer platforms preferred but not required

• Prior experience in financial services/mortgage default industry preferred but not required

Onboarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
