Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Richardson, TX - On site
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday : Your shift will be 9:15am - 6pm
Job Description:
Handles customer interactions, status averages, costs, timelines, and denial questions
Talks to customers and types information into the system at the same time
Toggling between screens and has an investigative mindset
Sense of urgency and dependability are a must!
Good conflict resolution skills and empathy over the phone
Requirements:
Must speak Spanish and English
Strong phone presence
Ability to take up to 100 calls a day
Customer service/call center background required
