Customer Service / Sales Rep

Cornel's Plumbing is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service / Sales Rep to follow up on leads and sell memberships in the Beaverton, OR area. This position earns a competitive wage of $15 - $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission and bonuses.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this role, you use your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to follow up on past leads. Utilizing a script, you follow the sales process, customizing as needed for each client so that you can sell the right products and services. As you speak with each customer, you make sure to keep precise notes so that you can follow up with rapport. If the client has any questions you can't answer, you forward the call to the appropriate managers. You make sure to submit reports to the sales manager as needed. When necessary, you assist the customer service team with their workload. You love providing excellent service and get great satisfaction from completing successful sales!
