You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.Responsibilities: Oversee the daily sales operations Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas/metrics and ensuring the firm's financial objectives are optimally allocated across sales channels and resources. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company growth objectives. Coach and mentor sales team to exceed goals and to develop strong and loyal customer relationships.
Sales forecasting.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field of study. Demonstrated experience leading sales team in serving one or more of the following industries: Senior Living Non-acute care medical offices Extended care rehabilitation services High-rise properties Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
