Core Vision is a growing company which is expanding its expertise in Call Centers. We are looking to fill positions immediately to help companies with their Tech Support, Sales and Customer Relationships. We offer a Direct Hire/Full-time position with paid training, Full Benefits package, and a Defined Schedule. This is an hourly paid position with a focus on Healthcare.
Our Call Center Agent will be able to provide exceptional customer support in order to maintain relationships and increase overall trust and satisfaction. You will be the first contact for all Telecommunications consumers to cover features, usage, and direct consumers to the appropriate resources. We encourage our existing customers by using Empathy, Compassion, Understanding, Patience, Confidence and a Desire to help others.
Our Call Center Agent will handle approximately 30 – 50 inbound Calls, Contacts, Emails, and Chats where you can answer questions, troubleshoot, upsell and resolve issues regarding Telecommunications functionality. You will need to feel comfortable having engaging conversations over the phone to quickly identify customer needs and use your persuasive skills.
