We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Specialist who will provide in-house hardware and software support which include a variety of equipment and issues such as desktops, laptops, network connectivity, Windows software, and much more. The right candidate will provide excellent technical support and will also be assigned projects in which you will research and implement new technologies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
2+ years of system administration, network design, and VMware experience
Manage and maintain Office365 Hosted Exchange, Office Application stack, the corporate Active Directory, phone and conferencing systems, Zoom conferencing solution and conference room equipment
Manage and maintain office printers and multifunction devices (print/fax/scan) as well as manage employee desktop/laptop patching and antivirus
Administer internal email spam/malware filtering and assist with the management and maintenance of back-office network infrastructure, DHCP, DNS, VPN
Manage Employee desktop/laptop procurement and support as well as ensure supported systems are highly reliable, secure, and performing at acceptable levels
Performance daily back-office system monitoring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
