Business Analyst

This BA will play a key role in the selection, implementation, support, and business process improvements for the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution. The right candidate will have the knowledge of the distribution business whose duties include end user support, defining business requirements, and providing solutions for business needs relating to the ERP and other 3rd party software products. The Business Analyst will interact positively and professionally with associates of all levels to build strong relationships. This individual will foster a collaborative atmosphere and is expected to have a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Knowledge of key ERP and distribution activities preferred such as Sales Order Management, Purchase Order and Procurement Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Accounting and Finance Management, Logistics Management, Service Repair Management, Document Management, Integrations, Extensibility, Mobile Capabilities, Reports, Dashboards, and Business Intelligence.

• Understanding of current business enhancement opportunities with an ability to provide solutions

• Ability to define the product roadmap for the ERP and other 3rd party associates.
