Corcentric, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions to address financial process automation, is seeking an Integration Specialist to drive solutions for integration projects. This position resides within the Global Client Services Operations/Integrations group and is responsible for the delivery of technical integrations to the Corcentric customer base leveraging Corcentric's product and service offerings.

The Integration Specialist will successfully determine client integration needs by gathering information, and evaluating input/output requirements/formats. This person should possess an in-depth knowledge of EDI standards and implementations.

  • Build and maintain specification libraries for Corcentric and clients.
  • Gather specification requirements from clients.
  • Document mappings and requirements.
  • Analyze specifications for required and requested data.
  • Create mapping specs required by Biztalk developer.
  • Create agreements required by Biztalk administrator.
  • Work with client on document transport and content.
  • Test and verify documents' end-to-end processing.
  • Setup the system with proper processing data (Cross-references, location setups, etc.).
  • Assist Tier 1 Support group with data mapping issues.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data integrations.
  • 5+ years of EDI experience.
  • Experience in analyzing customer data requirements and integration needs using EDI, XML, and/or CSV formats.
  • Worked with technical customers to setup and test integrations.
  • Experience with file transfer protocols such as SFTP, AS2, VAN.
  • Ability to analyze and correct daily errors for inbound/outbound transactions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
  • Solid team player with a positive attitude and a record of consistently meeting commitments and assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to make satisfied customers a priority; polite and courteous to all and able to handle difficult customers with respect.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to take ideas from concept through implementation.

Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Databases/SQL.
  • Knowledge of XML Schemas.
  • Knowledge of X12 Standards and Implementation Guides.
