As a Financial Operations Administrator at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. Working with the Financial Operations team, you will support billing system data processing and reporting, as well as assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions. You will be responsible for collaborating on various operations and accounting projects, including partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to business processes.


This key position reports to the Sr. Director, Financial Operations within our Financial Operations team. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!


As a Financial Operations Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:


+ Creating customer profiles for systems that do not auto-create from other systems (i.e. PO Solution customers, GPO-Vendor customers, COR360 customers, etc.)


+ Monitoring the various department generic email boxes and respond to inquiries and requests within 24 hours


+ Processing billing for Corcentric generated processes either via Azure importing tool directly into D365 (COR360, PO Solutions, GPO PFAC-Canada, etc.) or using Excel templates to import into our customer facing CorConnect portals (Meetings, NTLA various dues, Supply Management annual fees, Logistics consulting, etc.)


+ Attending and sometimes lead recurring or impromptu meetings


+ Running queries from accounting system and/or web portals to analyze data, report trends, variances, and reconcile portal with General Ledger Account(s)


+ Analyzing monthly billing data and providing trend analysis


+ Creating written procedures for new processes assigned and reviewing existing procedures for gaps, updating as necessary


+ Utilizing Microsoft Great Plains, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and browser applications


+ Processing quarterly payments


+ Supporting Financial Operation Leads with overflow workload or assigned projects


Requirements


You’ll need to have:


+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; or equivalent work experience


+ Excellent MS Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and common functions such as sorting, filters, subtotals, etc.


+ Familiarity with MS Access and Adobe Suite


+ Working knowledge and ability to understand and process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Journal Entries and General Ledger (GL) data


+ Ability to analyze a large volume of transactions efficiently and accurately


+ Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus


+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


+ Ability to function as a team player and maintain good working relationships with other departments


+ A learning-mindset, with a solid sense of ownership and accountability in taking on projects and work commitments
