Corbus Pharmaceuticals is recruiting for an IT Engineer as part of our Technology Team. In this role you will be help build, enhance and maintain our technology stack as well as helping our people use their technology tools so that they can focus on doing their best work. A critical part of the role is the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing along with a strong attentiveness to detail. The working relationships you will build with our people will be a strong component of your success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Carries out the day-to-day activities required to deliver IT services effectively to our people
+ Identifies improvement opportunities and assists with implementation
+ Performs first and second line support, dealing with issues, requests and concerns and escalating if needed
+ Provides desktop support at people's desk and remote, via IM and telephone
+ Manages A/V and meeting room equipment, printers, telephones and general hardware support
+ Performs onboarding, offboarding, and support with software and hardware
+ Supports managing knowledge base articles and IT documentation
+ Supports hardware/software procurement, assignment, repairing, and partners with vendors to ensure timely and effective service agreements
+ Comfortable managing Internet and cloud-based services such as single sign-on systems, Office365, email and webhosting
+ Powershell Scripting

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
+ 5-10 years experience in IT Engineer role, with experience of desktop and SaaS cloud support and management
+ Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of experience, education and/or technical certifications
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
+ Experience supporting MS Office Suite, printing, wireless and wired networks, Active Directory
+ Good familiarity with cloud services such as Office365, Okta, collaborative file systems
+ Familiarity with Helpdesk Ticketing Software
+ Workstation and server configuration and deployment software
+ Remote support team

CRB-4001 is scheduled to enter a Phase 1 study in 2019 followed a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded first-in-patient Phase 2 study.
