Copper State Bolt & Nut is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager with project management, service, construction, and/or industrial, experience to join our team! You will be responsible for providing support to outside and inside salespeople to develop long-term relationships with assigned customers and act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a successful customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Manage project oriented activities with customers, supporting other outside and inside salespeople on the team
• Identify and grow opportunities with existing and new customers
• Execute quotes, blanket orders, pricing templates, and other proposals
• Process orders via email or phone
• Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Provide information about the company’s products, services, and other solutions
• Maintain and update sales and customer information in company ERP
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, quality or service issues, and other concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally

​Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as Sales Assistant, Account Manager, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Sales Support
• Experience with ERP systems and data management
• Expertise in MS Office, including intermediate or expert level in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
