SUMMARY OF POSITION: The SEGS Data Manager will create and maintain accreditation databases and data that are necessary for accreditation through CAEP and/or the state process for teacher and principal certification.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The full-time School of Education and Graduate Studies (SEGS) Data Manager will create and maintain databases of SEGS initial certification completers and send out surveys to completers and employers. This person will work in LiveText and support the Field Placement/Title II Officer where there is overlap. This person will work with faculty on Case Study data collection and package and maintain all data for analysis and report writing for accreditation visits.The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.

Familiarity and facility with the technology used to generate accreditation reports.

Familiarity with Survey Monkey and LiveText is a plus. Familiarity with Teacher Certification programs is a plus.
