Senior Channel Manager

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Proactively recruit new agents/partners.
• Effectively manage relationships with the Master Agents in US market.
• Ability to educate, grow and maintain professional relationships with key personnel within partner accounts.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with company personnel, including support, service, technical and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations.
• Meets assigned sales targets for new business and strategic objectives.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Required /Qualifications Skills:

• Minimum of five to seven years experience in the master agent ecosystem
• Extensive Channel partner recruitment and management experience, with a telecommunications product.
• Current and active network of master agents and channel partners.
• Documented success of bringing on new channel partners to an organization.
• Proof of quota attainment and meeting performance objectives.
• Advanced understanding of the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of wireline, wireless, UCaas and VoIP technology.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to exercise assertiveness to influence others in order to reach sales results.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to follow directions from a remote manager/leader.
• Ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced, changing market conditions.
• Working knowledge of CRM
