Job Description
Established Clarkston, MI Mechanical Contractor is seeking all levels of HVAC service techs for residential sites in and around Oakland County. This position is full-time, with paid overtime. Take-home van, and various other benefits will come with this position. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large, stable contractor.
JOB DUTIES
- Building custom ductwork
- Responding to residential HVAC service calls
- Troubleshooting and repairing all varieties of residential heating and cooling issues
- installing and wiring residential HVAC units and ducting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have several years of residential HVAC experience
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Knowledge of system layout and duct design
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Read and interpret product installation, engineering, and owner's manuals prior to equipment installation.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints
- Must have valid driver's license. Company vehicle provided.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
