Job Description



Identify and target potential customers through a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate new business and promote brand awareness

Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the company's products/services

Negotiate and close deals with customers, working closely with the company's customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery

Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics on a regular basis

Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Provide feedback to the company's marketing and product development teams on customer needs and preferences, and help to shape the company's sales and marketing strategy


1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the home service industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using Salesforce a plus

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
