Job Description

Continuum Global Solutions is looking for talented customer service professionals who are ready to answer inbound calls in a remote environment. We offer: virtual paid training, competitive wages, benefits, and more!

You MUST be willing to travel to our office in Anderson, IN (one-time) to pick up equipment. WORK AT HOME positions will be available after Coronavirus!

What you’ll do:

  • Talk to customers to understand their needs
  • Research and resolve customer problems by navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Provide customers with information about additional products and services

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Broadband Internet Access - WIRED Connection into a Router (at least 10 MBPS)
  • Quiet, secured, dedicated work space
  • Must be willing to pick-up equipment in Anderson, IN

Additional Requirements:

  • 18 years + HS Diploma/GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone/computer)
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
