Job Description
Work with the Engineering Team on a multitude of projects ranging from:
Assist Hose Design Engineers and Quality Engineers for current ongoing projects
Assist Hose Design & Quality Engineers with research & design projects
Willingness and ability to learn the hose production process & assist in process improvements
Development Engineer Intern:
Learn/use testing equipment to characterize rubber compounds and raw materials
Learn compound testing procedures to support R & D projects
Characterize high volume compounds to predict equipment wear
Assist with other projects as needed
Quality Engineer Intern:
Gather data in our hose braiding process to identify procedural changes & quality checks to aid in running at the specifications nominal point
Assist in validation & run parameters of new equipment
Assist Quality Department as needed
Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma and currently going to school for Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Entering your Junior or Senior year of college
  • Visa sponsorship will not be available for this position
