Job Description The Customer Quality Specialist is the link between the customer plants and the various Continental locations for all Continental products quality related issues.  Primary customer interface responsible for supporting all Continental products at assigned customer locations.   Responsible for managing internal and customer communication.   Manages assigned customer locations by scheduled, proactive follow-up and emergency visitations. Establishes trusting relationships with external and internal customers and supports positive communication between the various stakeholders. Responsible for 0KM complaint management and communication for assigned customers.  Provides quick and accurate feedback to the manufacturing plants and other stakeholders. Responsible for on-site part analysis confirmation and negotiations.  Responsible for reporting, communication and driving corrective actions, as needed. Supports all new product launch phases and activities (such as onsite launch support, test equipment preparation, training, product knowledge and contact partners, communication, etc.). Understands and follows customer specific requirements.  Communicates and drives actions with the various stakeholders.  Responsible for managing internal complaint tracking database CQTS.  Supports and drives necessary actions to minimize impact to CQTS (such incident reductions initiatives) and customer scorecards. Responsible for monitoring, reporting, communicating, and driving improvement actions based on customer and internal metrics KPI’s.  Executes and coordinates sorting, reflash and rework activities by implementing immediate containment actions to minimize customer disruptions.   Candidates for this position will be working onsite in Charleston, SC area
