Continental Tide Defense Systems, Inc. is actively seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented individual for our ISO 9001 Management Representative position to be located at our Wyomissing, PA office. The successful candidates will join our Quality Assurance and Management Team currently supporting initiatives for Naval Sea Systems Command at the Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, GED or industrial school certificate. Target experience (5-10 years) includes: internal and external quality management system audits, maintenance, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015, assessing training on company policies and procedures and generating and presenting reports and audit findings.

Requirements include:

? Candidates must possess a high school diploma, GED or industrial school certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
? Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained.
? Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
? Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
? Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits.
? Ability to perform on-going Quality Management System maintenance and effectiveness of operation.
? Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
? Act as liaison with external bodies and customers on matters relating to the organization's quality system.
? Assist in training all company personnel in the documented company policies and procedures.
? Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
? Report to Senior Management on the QMS performance and continual improvement opportunities.
? Maintain compliance resources, including standards.
? Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items is a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
