Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for Managing Projects, Working with Clients, Technicians, Service Technicians, General Contractors,
Other trades effectively, proactively and in a professional manner. Working with other departments within
company including but not limited to Accounting, Purchasing, Engineering/CAD, Programming and service. Assist
and support necessary documents such as submittals, As-builts, close out documents for all Audio/Video projects.
Manage projects effectively and efficiently
Site visits and Site project Meetings
Pre-Sales support – building quotes, etc.
Post-Sales support
Comply with Company policies, as well as health and safety
Other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Technology background education
Ability to travel, use of vehicle
Preferred Skills
Strong Project management and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, Strong computer knowledge
Possess an understanding of electronic systems, such as professional sound, video, intercom, audio-visual
presentation, control and integration systems
Fundamental understanding of Network systems/IP addresses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting in priorities
