Job Description

Customer Service Advocates/Call Center Agent

 

Job-seekers with excellent communication skills are urgently needed for 100% Remote Customer Advocate/Call Center Agent openings! As the Customer Service Advocate/Call Center Agent, you will primarily be responsible for inbound calls assisting customers with an array of options during the sales process of a health plan.

 

This temporary to possible hire position is offering $17.00/hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Advocate/Call Center Agent include:

  • Receive inbound calls from Contracted General Agents (CGA’s) to set up appointments to discuss Medicare products
  • Process phone enrollments from calls transferred from sales insurance agents.
  • Follow and adhere to a system prompted script.
  • Make outbound calls to appointees to capture and confirm appointment information.
  • Send Scope of Appointment form to the CGA.
  • Input information into customer relationship management (CRM) system five9/salesforce.
  • Establish rapport with potential customers utilizing excellent customer service skills.
  • Proper utilization of tools and disposition of calls in TeleSales CRM system.
  • Follow adherence to schedule guidelines.
  • Comply with State and Federal “Do Not Call” regulations

Requirements of the Customer Service Advocate/Call Center Agent:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to take high volume of calls daily, utilizing exceptional call skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and first call resolution
  • Experience using computer, navigating among multiple systems and screens frequently, keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions.
  • Experience with writing and communicating effectively within multiple communication channels including, telephone and email environments.
  • 100% adherence to assigned schedule during the open enrollment season.
  • Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours of will Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00am (or as business demands) during open enrollment (October – December). All shifts will include evenings, nights and/or weekends.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
