The Operations Supervisor position is a 24 x 7 operational monitoring team that provides 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting of critical production systems within "client". Additionally they perform resolution coordination for the organization’s global technical infrastructure (e.g., mainframes, servers, and networks).
Their primary focus is on providing a reliable technical infrastructure to serve the client community. In addition , Operations Supervisors proactively take steps to improve Operational tasks by assisting in developing processes, policies & procedures, and ensuring that they are followed.
Typical candidates will have eight years of relevant experience and a degree in IT or related field.
Looking for someone to be the leader on the shift. Experience within Operations or Monitoring background preferred. Mainframe experience is helpful. Job scheduling, L1 support or helpdesk management experience is a plus.
Overnight Shifts rotating every 4 months.
