Job Description

A job-seeker is needed for a Customer Service Representative role in Wilmington, DE! As the Customer Service Representative, you will primarily be responsible for handling patient calls and scheduling. This temporary position offers $16/HR!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Responds accurately to a high volume of calls demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Receives and responds to all incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments according to guidelines
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
  • Following up to assist with scheduling testing for off-site testing's


  • Call Center/high call volume, Customer Service and medical office related experience required
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiar with the medical field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
