job-seekers are needed for aposition in As the Customer Service Agent, you will primarily be responsible for answering and satisfying in-bound customer calls in a high-volume environment, assisting customers with placing orders, contacting customers about orders, and assisting with special projects as needed. This long-term temporary position offers $18/an HR.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
Entering phone orders quickly and accurately.
Ensuring that the employee’s DLD, shipping address, part numbers, logo and order type is correct.
Checking customer allowance balances and verifying the information is correct.
Troubleshooting allowance problems and escalating to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
Handling catalog requests and sending to the appropriate person.
Processing rush and same day order requests.
Answering inquiries regarding delivery dates, back ordered items and track customer shipments if necessary.
Assisting customers in selecting appropriate merchandise.
Transferring calls to the appropriate department as required or contact other departments to obtain information to questions you cannot answer.
Communicating issues that you cannot solve to the Customer Service Manager in a timely manner and clearly.
Working with team members well and communicate with them effectively.
Performing other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative Include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 to 3 years prior inbound customer service call experience strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively build rapport with customers.
Bilingual a plus.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
