Contemporary Staffing Solutions is actively seeking Customer Service Representative's in Wilmington DE.
Job Purpose: Assist customers with account questions and resolutions.
· Handle inbound/outbound calls daily
· Use customer service skills to determine reason for the call
· Use time management skills to balance the quantity and quality of calls made and received as well as meeting deadlines for any assigned projects
· Use organizational skills to manage resources and locate references to maximize efficiency while on the phone
· Use written communication skills to clearly and concisely document customers’ accounts of all necessary information required
· BA/BS degree
· Strong phone and customer service skills
· Verbal communication skills
· Computer proficiency and strong negotiation skills
· Presentation skills
· Proficient in MS Office software, typing at least 55 WPM

Hours during the training period are 8am to 5pm. Once training is complete, the hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday with a 30 min lunch and 2 15 minute breaks.
