CSS is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Reps located in Exton, PA.

Shifts Available:

  • 1:00pm to 9:00pm
  • 2:00pm-10:00pm
  • 3:00pm to 12:00am

Location: Exton, Pa

Pay: $14.25-$15/hr

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Communicates with Customers via phone to furnish information requested by our Customers.
  • Actively works to convert incoming Customer calls into reservations.
  • Determines location and availability of units. As a confident storage expert, completes rental reservation information.
  • Answers questions and complaints concerning billing and account information, refers complaints to designated departments or stores for investigation.
  • Provides outstanding Customer Service to external and internal Customers.
  • Meets operational performance standards including quality and sales productivity.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales drive and acumen; ability to work in a metrics-oriented environment
  • Open and receptive to coaching and feedback
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; conveys an enthusiastic voice tone and inflection
  • Works well in a busy environment and can meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work weekends and evening hours
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus!
