Who Are We Looking For?
ContactPoint 360 is looking for a Sales Director/ Industry Principal for the HealthTech vertical. The position is remote and based in the US, reporting to the Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting and driving new business acquisitions to achieve business goals for the HealthTech industry.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience, and industry network
- Target large multi-year deals.
- Drive the entire sales process, lead and assign team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Set out Go to Market strategies and execute with the support of company resources including Marketing, Demand Gen, working with industry experts, sourcing advisors, creating and owning account plans, and managing the sales process.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction pre and post-sales.
- Set and accomplish company goals and objectives for the HealthTech vertical.
Who You Are:
- Have minimum 8 - 10 years of sales experience (HealthTech preferred) with a proven track record in BPO and/or IT Sales.
- Should have deep knowledge, experience, and understanding of the HealthTech vertical. Relationships within the industry are key to the success of this role.
- College graduate (MBA Preferred).
- Ideally have worked in the industry.
- Build and sustain relationships with key people in the Customer Environment.
- Customer Orientation.
- Sales Orientation.
- Strong Negotiating skills.
- Innovative and able to foresee market conditions.
- Extrovert and fun with a sales mindset.
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication skills.
