The ConsumerTrack team continues to grow and we are looking for a rockstar Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team! Technology is at the core of our business model and we are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to find the best technical talent to help scale the company.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for technical departments across ConsumerTrack
  • Build and execute strategies to source candidates via LinkedIn, through personal network, and other tools - sending personalized messages to passive candidates
  • Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess skills needed to be successful in ConsumerTrack's environment.
  • Protect and improve ConsumerTrack's candidate experience
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends

Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Skilled at offer negotiation & awareness of pertinent employment laws and employment market trends
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
